Upcoming wellness retreats include healthy, vegetarian meals prepared on site by a chef, setting intentions, daily yoga, mindful meditation, sessions for growth and empowerment, equine group work, art journaling, and camp fires with s’mores. (S’mores ARE healthy for your soul!) Silent walks around the property are built in for processing and letting go.

Host a retreat

If you’ve always wanted to host your own retreat, I offer unique packages including multiple tiers of hosting and co-hosting options. Tell me your vision I can totally make that happen or we can collaborate on the agenda, where I provide the space, the meals and you do the rest. The third tier is an open agenda, optional add ons may be purchased a la carte. Add ons such as group equine interaction, yoga, mindful meditation, art journaling, learning about growing small crops or starting a vegetable garden are a few possibilities…Your hearts desire define the infinite possibilities of what we can put together for you and your people!


The accommodations include a beautiful log cabin, on property, which is getting booked consistently so requires me to block out dates. It has 3 bedrooms. Two awesome glamping tents are currently being installed and have solar and battery powered lighting with electric being run to them soon. Each has a queen size bed. I have additional accommodations in my farmhouse with three spacious upstairs bedrooms and 6 beds. Two are private and one is a comfortable shared space.
