Meet Your Instructor

Autumn Moltz

Horses have been a lifelong passion for Autumn Moltz. Her journey began at just four years old, when her cousin—recognizing her deep fascination—found a local riding instructor and signed her up for lessons. That passion never waned. Autumn trained in both English and Western disciplines and by age 15, was hired by her trainer. She spent the next six years working on the farm, starting colts, herding cattle, grooming, exercising horses, providing tune-ups for show horses, and most importantly, assisting with and eventually teaching riding lessons.

After relocating to Lafayette in 2023, Autumn discovered Thrive Farm and quickly became an integral part of the community—devoting countless hours to caring for and connecting with the farm’s beloved horses, goats, dogs, and cats. She is thrilled to be embarking on this next chapter with Susan and Thrive Farm, and is eager to support students on their horsemanship journey.
