Spring is a time of new beginnings in nature, with flowers blooming, trees budding, and the sun shining brighter. It is a reminder that even after the darkest of winters, the light and warmth of spring will eventually return. This is much like how we can view life through a positive lens, even after experiencing trauma, illness, or depression.

As a cancer survivor, I have experienced my own personal dark winter followed by a time of renewal. It hasn’t been easy, but I have cultivated a number of tools and practices to support my healing journey. It is now my deep passion to help others do the same.

To that end, I have created the Peace & Abundance retreat as a container for individuals to start anew on their journey towards healing and inner peace. Through mindfulness practices, such as meditation, yoga, equine therapy, and time around the farm, participants can learn to let go of negative thoughts and emotions, and focus on the present moment.

Mindfulness can also help individuals recognize the beauty and positivity in their lives, even during difficult times. By cultivating a positive mindset, one can begin to view challenges as opportunities for growth and change.

The Peace & Abundance retreat is a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore new ways of thinking and being. It offers a fresh start for those who may be struggling with the aftermath of trauma, illness, or depression. With the guidance of experienced facilitators, participants can learn to cultivate self-compassion, self-awareness, and a sense of inner peace.

In conclusion, spring is a time of new beginnings in nature, and a reminder that we too can start anew in how we view life. The upcoming Peace & Abundance retreat offers a unique opportunity for individuals to begin their journey towards healing and inner peace. By practicing mindfulness and cultivating a positive mindset, one can learn to let go of negative thoughts and emotions, and focus on the present moment. It is a fresh start for those who seek to live life to the fullest.
